Install TERMS

(A) Caliche Digging:  Is not included. There is a $150 per hour charge to break through caliche if required. (Approval by change order is needed before any caliche digging can commence.)

(B) Sprinklers / Landscape Repairs: Is not included in quote (No Exceptions.) 

(C) Permits / XRAY/ Engineering: Is not included in quote unless clearly stated. 

(D) Shop Drawings: Is not included in quote (Details and Drawings are priced per project.)

(E) QAA Inspections: Is not included in quote (QAA inspection fee is priced on project needs.)

(F) Project Delays: Las Vegas Fence Company is not liable for any project delays for any reason.

(G) Damages to Sidewalks, Concrete , or Walls: Las Vegas Fence is not liable for damages.

(H) Customer Contracts: $425 fee to use customer's contract in lieu of this. (Requires approval.)

(I) All projects terms are 65% down and balance on completion, repairs are prepaid in full.

(J) Labor Rates: Figured using our standard wage rates (No Davis Bacon or Prevailing wage figured)
